Author Description

Dr. Paul Brand was a world-renowned hand surgeon and leprosy specialist. He served as clinical professor emeritus, Department of Orthopedics, at the University of Washington and was coauthor with Philip Yancey of The Gift Nobody Wants and this book's sequel, In His Image.

Philip Yancey serves as editor-at-large for Christianity Today magazine. He has written nine Golden Medallion Award-winning books, including The Jesus I Never Knew and What's So Amazing About Grace? both of which also were awarded the Book of the Year.
